Tja, en als je geen tijd hebt om te tekenen, zijn er gelukkig nog oude tekeningen, en een computerprogramma om zo'n tekening in geen tijd tot 150 postzegels om te toveren.

When you are too busy with other things and don't have the opportunity to draw because of that, fortunately some old designs are archieved, and there is a computer programma to turn one of those designs into 150 artistamps in no time!

Deze koffie en gebak komen uit Zweden, de postzegel uit Finland, de stickers uit Engeland, de envelop uit Canada en de stempel en het geheel zijn gemaakt in Spanje.

This coffee and cake come from Sweden, the postage stamp from Finland, the stickers from England, the envelop has its origins in Canada and the rubber stamp and the completed mail art have been made in Spain.

Otto & Venus

Ik werd verrast door deze spontaan toegestuurde mail art (hoewel ik het lettertype ergens van ken).
Gemaakt en verstuurd door kunsthistoricus, cultuurgeschiedkundige en collARTagist Roland Halbritter uit Duitsland.
Het beeldje is zo'n 7000 jaar geleden vervaardigd en wordt nu de Venus van Arheilgen genoemd.

I was surprised with this mail art, spontaneous sent to me from Germany, made by the historian in culture & art and collARTagist Roland Halbritter.
The sculpture now is named the Venus von Arheilgen, and was made approximately 7000 years ago.
