An other Australian animal is the Bearded Dragon (Baard agame in Dutch). This one didn't need to travel that far, he only had to cross the North Sea (and some areas over land) to arrive at John's place in the United Kingdom.

Not only did he arrive safely (where he will be fed and watered and generally cared for) but he came in a super envelope as well.

I'm always surprised to see how the post company manages to find the stamps, even if they are located in an incorrect place (however, the postmarker seems to have missed the lizard stamp :-) or maybe he/she wanted this lizard-on-stamp to accompany the drawn one safely, too.
